Description
Bittersweet, mild yet very refreshing, this green tea from the Darjeeling region of India is known for its variety of active, vital substances. The hand-picked leaves from the first harvest of the season are of a much higher quality than leaves from the subsequent harvests. The tea has a golden yellow cup colour and significantly more effective substances than other green teas.
Preparation: Take 1 heaped teaspoon Darjeeling tea leaves for each cup. Pour hot water over it (water temperature 70 to 80°C). Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
