Description
BONEcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine mineral shell powder with a selection of plant extracts. The formula contains ashwagandha, turmeric, arjuna and shallaki as well as shatavari. The composition is rounded off by the Trikatu spice blend, consisting of pippali, ginger and black pepper.
In Ayurvedic tradition, the properties of these ingredients are considered in relation to the Vata and Pitta doshas, as well as aspects of Asthi Dhatu and Shleshaka Kapha. It contains calcium which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The daily dose provides 144 mg of calcium, 3.1 mg of withanolides from ashwagandha extract and 12 mg of curcumin.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
