Description

MENTALcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine a selection of Indian plant extracts with the trace element iron. The formulation contains ashwagandha, brahmi and mandukaparni, supplemented by tulsi, shatavari and pippali powder.

Ayurveda emphasises the importance of keeping the Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas in balance. It contains iron that contributes to normal cognitive function and normal energy-yielding metabolism. The daily recommended dose provides 8 mg of withanolides from ashwagandha and 54 mg of bacosides from brahmi extract.

Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
