Description
This base mineral mix is made up of the minerals sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It also contains lemon and citrus extracts.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 heaping teaspoons (6g) and mix them into 1/8 litre of warm water until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Afterwards, add cold or warm water, tea or juice until you have at least 1/4 litre of water.
- Enjoy in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to sleep.
