Recommended dose:
In the beginning:
- Take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 capsules with dinner with a glass of water.
- It is recommended to take the capsules for 1-3 months.
For continuous use after the initial phase:
- Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
