Ayurvedic black salt (kala namak) is a natural salt. It is gently processed and therefore contains many important minerals.
Suggested use:
- For flavouring soups
- For vegetable dishes
- For sauces and salads
Note:
Use in addition to normal table salt. Add only after cooking to retain all ingredients. It has an intense flavour so use it sparingly.
