Naturally sweet organic date paste is perfect for sweetening dishes and for baking too. The fair trade dates are dried, pitted, steamed and then processed into a fine paste. No need to soak before baking and no need to chop either! The exotic-sweet note adds a wonderful flavour to all recipes.
