Description
The vital mushroom Hericium has over 8 different amino acids as well as zinc, iron and selenium but has only a little sodium. It is particularly popular for its numerous polysaccharides and polypeptides as well as B vitamins, vitamin D and calcium. To produce this powder, the mushroom is gently dried and then finely ground. Perfect as a gluten- and lactose-free variant.
Recommended intake:
- Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid daily and drink.
- The powder can also be mixed with food (1 tsp corresponds to approx. 2g powder).
Advice:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Store out of reach of small children, in a cool, dry and dark place.
