Description
This finely ground cinnamon has been gently dried and comes from a cassia plantation on the island of Sumatra located in the Kerinci-Seblat National Park. It is sustainably cultivated by indigenous people.
Recommendation for use: Add sparingly to sauces, stews, etc. towards the end of the cooking time and season to taste.
