Seasoned salt with a lemony scent and elegant acidity. It goes well with poultry, fish or salads as well as radicchio, chicory and cabbage. Tastes good on steamed dumplings or cakes with poppy seeds.

Tip: Sprinkle this salt carefully over cooked food. Do not overheat. Thus, the delicate, crystalline texture of the salt flowers does not dissolve prematurely.
