Description
The Organic Ayurveda Ghee is handmade in Upper Austria from the finest Austrian sour cream butter in organic quality. This process which is very complex and time-consuming guarantees a long shelf life and also contributes to the extremely high quality of the ghee. Vitamins, A, D, E and K are retained and the taste is greatly intensified. The golden yellow colour is also an indication of its impeccable quality. Ghee has a particularly long tradition in Ayurveda and is still in use every day even today - in the kitchen, during Rasayana cures or as an ingredient for healing purposes. Ghee is particularly useful while cooking because it has a very high smoking point and therefore does not oxidise when heated.
Recommended use:
Ghee can be used for cooking, frying, and deep-frying.
Tip:
Excellent for roasting spices.

- Store this organic ghee in a dark place at room temperature for the longest shelf life.
- Always use a clean spoon to avoid contaminating the ghee.
