The formula is rounded off with the warming properties of turmeric and the invigorating power of ashwagandha root.
Recommended dosage:
- take 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily with water.
- 4 tablets contain 14 mg zinc, which corresponds to approx. 140 % of the reference amount.
