Description
In Ayurveda, unrestricted freedom of movement is a sign of a vital energy flow in the body. However, when the so-called ama accumulates, this can often lead to a feeling of stiffness and heaviness in the joints. This powerful formula is based on the resin of the guggul tree, combined with warming spices such as ginger, pippali and plumbago zeylanica. The aim of this traditional blend is to ignite agni and gently release energetic blockages.
Recommended intake: Take 1 capsule with warm milk or warm water in the morning 1/2 hour before eating and 1 capsule in the evening before going to bed.
