Description

It is also versatile and can be used to make both sweet and savoury dishes such as porridge, sliced polenta, as breading, in cakes and desserts. Note: Polenta is naturally gluten-free.
Preparation: Stir polenta into boiling salted water and let it simmer on a low flame for 30 minutes. Stir frequently.
