This fine fish seasoning is very suitable for adding a delicate flavour to all fish dishes. It is recommended not to cook the seasoning for too long or the delicate aromas of the spice mix will be lost.
Tips & Preparation:
If you have never tried seasoning fish before, this is the perfect seasoning mix to start out with. Parsley, mustard and lovage give fish soup or fish fillets a spicy, piquant note. Lemongrass provides that extra boost of freshness.
