Description
Organic Triphala Powder
Triphala means "three fruits" and is composed of these fruits:
- Amalaki
- Haritaki
- Bibhitaki
They belong to the genus Myrobalan.
The Triphala is one of the best known herbal blends in Indian Ayurveda. It is a particularly valuable Rasayana.
- Ayurvedic spice mix

Tips:
- The Triphala is traditionally drunk as a tea
- However, it can also be stirred into a glass of water
- It tastes just as delicious when sprinkled over food
Preparation as tea:
- Pour boiling water over 1 level teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
