Description
A delicious rice blend for those the best of both wild rice and brown rice! It contains 20% wild rice and 8ß% brown rice. Wild rice is actually the seed of an aquatic grass usually cultivated along the edges of lakes. Due to the intense nutty taste, this mix goes well with mushrooms, fish and aromatic vegetables such as asparagus and Brussels sprouts. Alnatura's wild rice and brown rice are organically cultivated.
How to prepare: As a side dish for 2 people: add 125 g of rice to 250 ml of boiling salted water and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Let it rest briefly before serving.
