Classic Ayurveda Organic Ayurvedic Dukkah Couscous, 240 g

This organic Ayurvedic Dukkah couscous consists of wholemeal durum wheat semolina and is characterised by its fine, mild note. The mix contains crunchy cashew nuts with Dukkah, a traditional Middle Eastern spice blend, as well as tomato flakes, pumpkin seeds and barberries. Hazelnuts, chickpeas, sesame seeds and orange peel round out the flavour profile. Designed for preparing quick and wholesome meals, it can be served as a side dish with stir-fries or as a base for salads and fillings.

Preparation:
Place 80 g of the couscous mix in a pot and pour over 150 ml of boiling water. Bring briefly to the boil and allow to stand over low heat with the lid on for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a dash of oil, ghee or salt to taste.
