Brahmi - Bacopa monnieri - is a rich green plant with small leaves and white flowers that grows in the wetlands.
- The shoots, roots, stems and leaves are used in the Ayurvedic diet.
- The powder is made using a gentle production processi (heated below 40 ° C) using plants from Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.
Recommended use:
- Take one level scoop, preferably divided into 2 portions, with warm water between meals. The daily consumption of 2.00g herbal powder contains 36,80mg polyphenols.
