Description
Vidari Kanda - Pueraria tuberosa - is known as Kuzu climber with woody, uneven stem, crow-dipper and alternate leaves, violet and blue flowers and large starchy root tubers. In the Ayurvedic diet, the tuberous roots are used.
Recommended use:
- Take 5 capsules twice a day between meals with warm water.
