Vidari kanda - Ipomoea digitata - also known as Kudzu, is a climbing plant with a woody, bumpy trunk, purple-blue flowers and large starchy roots. The roots are used in Ayurveda.

Recommended use:

  • Take 1 level measuring spoon divided into 2 portions with warm water after meals. The daily intake of 3.20 g herbal powder contains 3.52 mg polyphenols.
