Description
Auricularia auricula-judae is a vital mushroom from China. It is harvested when fully mature, dried and then gently ground into a fine powder. It contains trace elements, vitamins, beta-D-glucans and minerals such as iron, magnesium and more. Food supplements directly from nature.
Recommended intake:
- Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid and drink once daily.
- The powder can also be mixed with food (1 tsp corresponds to approx. 2g powder).
