Description

Do you know the feeling of inner heaviness or lack of drive, especially on grey days? In Ayurveda, this condition is often attributed to an increased Kapha dosha, which can settle on your mind like a dense fog. The recipe relies on the fiery power of trikatu, a traditional blend of ginger and pepper, which serves to fuel agni. Supplemented with tulsi, ashwagandha and nutmeg, this blend is said to support vata and pitta.

Recommended intake: 2 x daily 1 tablet with warm water, either on an empty stomach or 1 hour after a meal.
