Description
According to Ayurveda, when everyday life becomes turbulent and thoughts are racing, the Vata dosha often gets out of sync, which can manifest itself in inner restlessness. This harmonising herbal composition was conceived as a traditional Rasayana. Valuable plants such as brahmi, gotu kola and ashwagandha have always been valued in Indian teachings. Supplemented by the stabilising properties of jatamansi and galangal, the formula aims to shape the principle of sattva.
Recommended intake: Take 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day, preferably after lunch and dinner with water.
