Description
The abbreviation MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides - substances that the body can easily metabolise. The advantage is that these substances do not need to be digested and transported all over the body, but can be absorbed by the system right away. They are transformed directly into energy, thus providing an immediate source of energy to meet your body's requirements.
This oil is a combination of ca. 40% capric acid and ca. 60% caprylic acid.
It is also perfect for salads, sauces, smoothies or for making bulletproof coffee.
Bulletproof Coffee Recipe:
- 200ml fresh coffee
- 1 tablespoon MCT coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon organic butter
- Cow's milk or plant-based milk
Preparation: Add the ingredients to a blender and mix until creamy. Enjoy!
