Description
The South African spice mix Chakalaka adds pep and spice to bland dishes. Spices such as sweet paprika, tomato flakes, chilli, fenugreek, coriander, allspice, ginger and much more come together to create fireworks on the palate! For best results and flavour, mix the powder with olive oil to form a paste and use it as a marinade or while cooking. Add to couscous, falafel, grilled food and more.
The vegan recipe is yeast-free, does not contain salt and contains only organic ingredients.
