Description
Black psyllium seeds are the ripe seeds of a plantain. Just let 1-2 tbsp of psyllium soak in water, and enjoy with plenty of fluids in yoghurt, cereal etc.. Your belly will be pleased! Even as a baking ingredient, this seed can be used for a delightful sprinkling on pastries.
Tips & Preparation:
Psyllium should pre-soaked before use for about 30 minutes. It should then be drunk with plenty of water or consumed with food.
